In the eyes of the website the creator of the campaign is the "DM" and the source of any content being shared. it is true that the creator of the campaign is the DM. But the creator/DM is not “the source of any content.”. If content sharing is turned on, any purchased content owned by anyone in the campaign is shared with the campaign.
