Locally Owned salon, Stylist for 10 years., 30 reviews of Top Q Nail & Spa "My normal nail salon was closed for a few days, so I had to take my chances somewhere else. Upon walking in, I notice a pretty clean atmosphere. They seemed short staffed. For the 4 customers and me, there were only 2 employees. (Granted, it's a Tuesday morning). Waited a while. Anyways, decent prices. Not a bad pedi.
